      No, the V4 Add-Ins are not usable in any other version. But why not upgrade to V4? It's a free upgrade.

      This add-in does not insert at the insertion point but rather creates a div to contain the copyright text. It can delete content

      This is clearly mentioned in the usage notes. However, I may alter the way the insertion is placed.

      V1.1 update has now been uploaded, which does not replace or overwrite any existing page content.
