    VisualStateManager?

      Hmmm.  When I paste the XAML for the App.XAML Resources here into VS2008 WPF app Resource Dictionary, it cannot find the VisualStateManager.  I searched the OB for it and found it in WindowsBase.DLL -- which I DO have referenced in my Project.

I'm stumped.  Any ideas?

      It appears to be SilverLight style not a WPF.

      This IS a Silverlight style and example.
