This is a Behavior I created to allow Drag and Drop between items in WPF Controls that implement ItemsControl. It supports copy and moving (default) contents, and has Adorners to provide visual cues during Dragging and Inserting items into different positions of the ItemsControl.

This is a mostly blue and black style. it is a mixture of the pre-made templates in the simple styles dict. and my custom dict. There aren't any drop shadows or blur effects thus giving it a "clean" look.
